Job Summary
A Process Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving business processes to ensure smooth operations, efficiency, and compliance. They act as a bridge between departments to keep workflows organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes
- Ensure all tasks are completed within timelines and standards
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
- Assist in implementing new systems or workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues

Qualifications

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
