Hiring: Manager – Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Quality Assurance to lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product quality inspection, testing, and compliance activities
Manage IMS, ISO audits, and customer audits
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Monitor quality KPIs, defects, rework, and customer complaints
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech with 10+ years or Diploma with 15+ years of experience in Heavy Engineering
Strong knowledge of Welding, Fabrication, Machining & Grinding processes
Lead/Internal Auditor Certification (ISO 9001/14001/45001)
NDT Level II Certification (MT/PT/UT/RT) preferred
Knowledge of ISO 3834, EN 1090, APQP & PPAP
Strong leadership, audit, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications:
Six Sigma / TQM / 5S
CSWIP / CWI / NACE / BGAS
