Key Responsibilities
Core Admission Duties:
- Manage end-to-end admission process from inquiry handling to enrollment confirmation.
- Conduct parent counseling sessions, campus tours, and admission workshops to convert leads effectively.
- Maintain admission database, prepare reports, and track conversion metrics using Google Forms/Excel.
Marketing & Outreach (BTL + ATL):
- Execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities: Village visits, door-to-door campaigns, local events, and community programs.
- Plan Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns: Newspaper ads, social media drives, radio spots, and hoardings.
- Organize campus drives, school fairs, and enrollment camps in target areas.
Administrative & Oversight Duties:
- Handle front office operations, parent communication via WhatsApp/email, and event coordination.
- Oversee daily admin tasks assigned by Principal including staff coordination and documentation.
- Act as Personal Assistant to Principal during non-admission season: Schedule management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and special projects.
Additional Roles:
- Support school events, PTMs, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing team for digital campaigns on LinkedIn/Facebook.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (B.A./B.Com/BBA preferred) with 2–4 years in school admissions/sales.
- Proven track record in education sector admissions (CBSE schools advantage).
- Excellent English & Hindi communication; confident public speaker for campaigns.
- Tech-savvy: MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and social media management.
- Local language fluency.
