We are seeking a proactive and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure smooth business performance during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 12th pass, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in a supervisory or shift management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or operational software.
