Position: Relationship Manager – Equity Markets
Location: Secunderabad Minerva complex
Experience: 2-5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading account opening.
- Generate brokerage revenue through equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency trading.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide market updates, investment ideas, and trading opportunities.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and PMS.
- Assist clients with account-related queries and trading support.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of stock markets, equity, derivatives, and investment products.
- Ability to handle client portfolios and revenue targets.
- Basic understanding of NSE, BSE, IPOs, and Mutual Funds.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
- NISM Certification will be an added advantage.

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate leads for Demat and Trading account openings.
- Explain company products and services to clients.
- Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead records.
- Update customer information in CRM software.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Basic knowledge of stock market products is preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
