About the Role
Supreme SCS Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Transportation Recruiter with hands-on experience in hardcore transport and logistics recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end White-Collar recruitment for transportation functions and coordinating Blue-Collar manpower hiring through consultants/vendors across PAN India operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. White-Collar Recruitment (End-to-End)

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for Junior, Middle, and Senior-level White-Collar positions across Transportation, Fleet Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, HRMS, and internal databases.
- Conduct HR screening, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, negotiate salaries, release offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for transportation and logistics roles.
Ensure timely closure of critical and business-sensitive positions.

2. Blue-Collar Recruitment (Consultant & Vendor Management)

Identify, onboard, and manage manpower consultants and staffing vendors for Blue-Collar transportation hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants for timely deployment of helpers, loaders, and other operational manpower.
- Monitor consultant performance, replacement TAT, manpower quality, and service levels.
- Verify consultant documentation, statutory compliance, and commercial agreements.
Develop long-term relationships with manpower vendors to ensure uninterrupted manpower availability.

3. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with Business Heads, Transport Operations, Fleet Managers, Branch Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare hiring plans based on business priorities.
- Provide regular recruitment MIS and hiring status reports to management.
Ensure smooth communication between hiring managers, candidates, and consultants.

4. Recruitment Operations

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and recruitment MIS.
- Ensure timely documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records in ATS/HRMS.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.

5. Employer Branding

Publish and manage job postings across recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Build talent pipelines through referrals, networking, and recruitment campaigns.
Support recruitment drives and hiring initiatives for transportation functions.

Key Skills Required

Mandatory experience in hardcore Transportation & Logistics recruitment.
- Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet management, and logistics business.
- Expertise in end-to-end White-Collar recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in consultant/vendor management for Blue-Collar transportation hiring.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, HRMS, and recruitment MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work within strict hiring timelines.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
