Job Title: AI-Driven Executive Assistant
About the Role
We are a global linguistic services company specializing in translation, transcription, and localization for international clients across multiple time zones. We are seeking a highly organized, seasoned professional to step into a critical dual role: Digital Marketing and AI-Powered Virtual Assistant.
Working directly alongside the founder, you won’t just be executing tasks—you will be an autonomous partner driving our digital footprint, optimizing workflows with AI, and keeping high-level international operations running smoothly. If you are a proactive problem-solver who brings professional maturity, strategic thinking, and technological fluency to the table, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
· AI Integration: Actively leverage advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline market research, automate content creation, optimize lead generation, and improve overall business efficiency.
· High-Level Operational Support: Act as a reliable right-hand to the founder—handling complex international email correspondence, client inquiries, and cross-timezone project coordination.
· Data & Analytics: Maintain marketing databases, track campaign ROI, and generate actionable insights using advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Align marketing initiatives with sales and business development goals, and assist in coordinating translation, editing, and localization workflows when required.
The Ideal Candidate
· Proven Experience: A strong track record in digital marketing, online branding, B2B social media management, and administrative support.
· AI Proficiency: Advanced, practical experience integrating AI productivity and generative tools into daily professional workflows.
· Professional Maturity: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
· Communication: Flawless written and verbal English. You must be able to communicate diplomatically and professionally with international corporate clients.
· Tech-Savviness: Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and robust data management skills.
· Industry Bonus: A background in or familiarity with the translation, localization, or language services industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages is a strong plus.
