Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Field Prospecting
- On-Field Scouting: Actively map and visit under-construction residential sites, premium independent houses, and villas.
- Direct B2C Outreach: Meet directly with homeowners and individual builders to introduce our premium custom elevator solutions.
- Local Network Utilization: Identify potential projects early by keeping an eye on local construction developments.
2. Consultative Selling & Product Presentation
- Site Evaluation: Conduct initial site visits to understand basic space availability, shaft dimensions, and structural readiness.
- Custom Presentation: Present our design catalogs (including premium finishes like glass cabins, rose gold, and antique brass) tailored to the homeowner’s aesthetic preferences.
- Requirement Mapping: Understand the client’s budget, usage needs, and speed requirements to suggest the ideal elevator model.
3. Negotiation & Closing
- Quotation & Costing: Work closely with the technical team to provide accurate commercial quotes based on custom specifications.
- Deal Closure: Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close high-value B2C contracts successfully.
- Payment Collection: Ensure smooth advance and milestone payment collections as per contract terms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in direct field sales. Experience in high-value building materials, modular kitchens, luxury home automation, or residential elevators is a massive plus.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical background or B.Tech/Diploma is an advantage but not mandatory if you have strong sales acumen).
- Technical Comfort: Ability to read basic architectural layout plans and understand dimensions (feet, inches, mm).
- Communication: Fluent in local languages and Hindi; strong persuasive communication skills.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
