Key Responsibilities
Field Sales
- Visit potential customers, distributors, and retailers to promote company products.
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Inside Sales
- Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing or referrals.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle both field visits and office-based sales work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
