Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales of atta (flour) products, managing distributor/retailer relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with production/logistics for timely delivery.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
5+ years FMCG sales experience, preferably in flour/food products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of local/regional markets.
