Social Media Manager for a Cinema's account

Location: Rajasthan, India (Travel to cinema locations required)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to handle the online presence of our Cinema. The ideal candidate should understand Instagram trends, know how to create engaging reels and videos, and be able to independently come up with fun and viral content ideas that increase audience engagement and footfall at the cinema.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media culture, and can turn everyday cinema moments into exciting online content.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Instagram reels, stories, posts, and other social media content
- Capture video clips and behind-the-scenes content at cinema locations
- Edit videos and create engaging short-form content
- Plan creative campaigns and trending content ideas
- Manage posting schedules and maintain consistent social media activity
- Respond to trends quickly and create relevant content
- Work independently and make creative decisions without constant supervision
- Coordinate with the management team for promotions, movie launches, offers, and events
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility online
Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Experience with video editing apps/software
- Creative mindset with strong decision-making ability
- Ability to think of fun and engaging content ideas
- Comfortable shooting videos and interacting with people
- Willingness to travel to cinema locations when required
- Self-motivated and proactive personality
- Prior experience in social media/content creation is preferred
- Photography or cinematic shooting skills
- Experience managing social media pages for brands, cafes, cinemas, or entertainment businesses
