1. Job Purpose
To manage and strengthen the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, employee records, and statutory compliance. The HR Manager will act as a strong link between management and employees and ensure a disciplined, productive, and positive work culture.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, warehouse, operations, and corporate positions.
- Prepare job descriptions and source suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Employee Management
- Maintain complete employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and employee discipline.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Support management in building a positive and accountable work culture.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts/payroll team.
- Verify attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and salary-related inputs.
- Maintain accurate attendance and employee data.
- Ensure timely completion of joining, exit, and full-and-final documentation.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement KPI/KRA systems for different departments.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews.
- Track employee performance and identify training requirements.
- Support management in performance improvement and corrective actions.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate applicable labour-law and statutory compliance with the relevant consultant/team.
- Maintain HR registers, employee files, and compliance records.
Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate induction and product/company orientation programs.
- Organize training for sales, warehouse, operations, and support teams.
- Monitor training effectiveness.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage resignation, notice period, clearance, and full-and-final processes.
- Analyze employee attrition and recommend retention measures.

4. Preferred Experience
- Experience: 4–8 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, trading, building-materials, interiors, or similar industries.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
- Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees will be an advantage.

6. Ideal Candidate Profile
A strong, mature, and proactive HR leader who can independently manage HR operations, communicate effectively with management and employees, maintain discipline, solve people-related issues, and build a professional work culture aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
