We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager with 8-12 years of proven expertise in IT project Management for global clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales team for technical proposals for the global clients.
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
2. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business partners.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.
- Manage project team performance and resolve issues or conflicts.
3. Risk & Budget Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee external service providers.
4. Quality Assurance
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Conduct post implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
