Position: Senior Quality Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Working Hours: 12 Hours
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Executive to monitor and maintain quality standards across manufacturing and production processes. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, documentation, identifying defects, and ensuring corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Conduct regular process and product audits.
- Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Train and guide junior quality staff whenever required.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing, fabrication, aluminium, steel, or construction-related industry.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Quality, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Candidate should be willing to work 12-hour shifts.
- Candidates from or willing to relocate to Rudrapur, Uttarakhand will be preferred.
