Job Title: Operations Executive – Conference & Events
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage and coordinate the operational aspects of conferences, seminars, and corporate events. The candidate will ensure smooth event execution by coordinating with vendors, clients, venues, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, and vendor management
- Handle attendee registrations, travel, accommodation, and event schedules
- Support on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution
- Communicate with speakers, sponsors, and delegates regarding operational requirements
- Maintain operational records, reports, and event documentation
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams for successful event delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in operations/events management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in conference or event industry
- Problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Flexibility to travel and work during events
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
