1. Control/Check the processes are carried out in a controlled manner as defined in the
Procedures, Process Plans, Work Instructions & Control Plans.
2. Control/Check the inspection, measurement & testing at in-coming, in-process & final
stage is carried out in a controlled manner as defined in the Procedures, Work
Instructions, Control Plans and Quality Plans.
3. Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity of product.
4. Maintain, test and troubleshoot all measuring & monitoring devices.
5. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
6. Control & Record the rework of product in systematic manner.
7. Recording and entry of Final inspection result in SAP for dispatch.
8. Third party testing of finished goods as per customer requirements.
9. Verification of moulding parameters on regular basis.
10. Control/Check of implemented actions of internal / external audit, customer complaint &
quality concerns.
11. Take a participation of Root cause analysis during problem solving method.
12. Maintain the data of non-conformity observed in process and product.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
