Documentation Management:
- Prepare, review, and manage critical pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all import-related documents such as Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Entry, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Delivery Orders.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all export/import activities comply with applicable customs regulations, international trade laws, and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) to prevent delays, penalties, or shipment rejections.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import policies, and tariff classifications. Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA) for timely clearance of shipments and resolve any documentation or duty-related issues.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHA), and shipping lines to negotiate freight rates, arrange cargo bookings, and monitor shipments through to final delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to arrange shipments, track cargo status, and ensure timely delivery to the warehouse or plant.
Financial & Bank Liaison:
- Handle export finance processes including Letters of Credit (LC), bank collections, and government incentive schemes (e.g., RoDTEP / duty drawbacks /Export licenses), ensuring timely payment realization and compliance with banking requirements.
- Handle import payments through Letters of Credit (LC), advance payments, or bank transfers. Coordinate with banks for documentation and compliance under FEMA guidelines.
Customer & Sales Support:
- Serve as the key point of contact for international clients by providing shipment updates, resolving queries, and supporting the sales team with market insights, pricing, and quotation preparation.
Salary: up to 40,000/- per month
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
