We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience managing and scaling international eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across global markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid marketing channels.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, content strategy, and keyword optimization.
- Improve website conversions through CRO, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.
- Manage email marketing and automation campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to achieve marketing goals.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on SEO and eCommerce marketing experience.
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience with international eCommerce brands.
- Experience managing ad budgets of $10,000+ per month.
- Track record of driving measurable revenue growth.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
