We’re looking for an energetic and responsible Operations Executive to manage daily on-ground activities, handle customers, and ensure the smooth execution of VR and gaming experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities -
● Handle customers and guide them through VR and gaming experiences
● Manage daily operations and maintain smooth session flow
● Monitor, handle, and maintain hardware with a strong focus on safety
● Perform operational checks before and after sessions
● Coordinate with team members for seamless operations
● Assist in managing bookings, online listings, and basic updates
● Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of gaming zones and equipment
● Help during events, group bookings, and special sessions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
