Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in making informed academic and career decisions and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and career options
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable educational programs
- Assist students with admission procedures and documentation
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, messages, and emails
- Maintain accurate student records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth counselling processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
Education Qualification:
- Graduate or equivalent (any stream)
