Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (5+ Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will design scalable solutions, integrate external systems, and support ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Develop and configure workflows using Flow Designer.
- Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio.
- Configure Service Portal components including widgets and pages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of Service Catalog and Workflow development.
- Experience with Service Portal development.
- Understanding of CMDB and ITSM processes.

Pay: ₹394,397.72 - ₹1,613,036.36 per year
