We’re looking for a highly creative, English-proficient Content Creator who can craft compelling stories, engaging visuals, and strategic campaigns for both our brand and the Founder’s personal platforms. This role demands a mix of storytelling, marketing strategy, social media expertise, and trend awareness. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation—from ideation to publishing—across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Content
- Develop creative campaigns, posts, and videos to showcase our products and educate customers on auto care tips.
- Create product launch content, promotional materials, and seasonal campaigns tailored for D2C audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and sales objectives.
Founder Personal Branding
- Craft thought-leadership posts, storytelling pieces, and industry insights for LinkedIn.
- Create behind-the-scenes founder content (video & photo) to humanize the brand and build trust.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for personal and professional growth storytelling.
- Write high-impact LinkedIn captions with perfect grammar and engaging hooks.
General
- Research trending topics, formats, and hashtags to ensure maximum reach.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors (or handle simple editing yourself).
- Track analytics and performance to refine content strategy.
- Conduct interviews with the founder and team to extract authentic stories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English – near-native fluency.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn content creation and corporate/personal branding.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for both professional and consumer audiences.
- Experience in social media management for D2C brands.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and comfort with short-form video creation (Reels, Shorts).
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align content to marketing objectives.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working closely with the founder.
Preferred
- Background in auto care, lifestyle, or consumer products is a plus.
- Experience managing both brand voice and founder voice distinctly.
- Understanding of paid media content requirements (Meta, LinkedIn Ads).
