Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
- Track campaign budgets and ROI
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
