Position: Office Assistant & Accounts Assistant
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Job Location: Lucknow
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office work.
- Prepare Hindi and English letters, applications, and official documents.
- Create invoices, quotations, and other billing documents.
- Maintain basic accounts and office records.
- Visit government departments and offices whenever required for official work.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and office staff.
- Perform general administrative and documentation work.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Intermediate (Preference for Commerce background).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good typing skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to work in the field when required.
- Experience preferred, but freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,348.02 - ₹13,000.00 per month
