About the Role
Step into the fast-paced world of travel operations at NES Fircroft as a Travel Support Coordinator, where planning meets precision. You’ll play a key role in organizing and managing travel arrangements for contractors and staff, ensuring every trip runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel arrangements
- Itinerary Management: Prepare and share accurate travel itineraries tailored to traveler needs
- Budget Control: Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
- Vendor Management: Collaborate and negotiate with travel vendors/agencies for best rates and services
- Compliance: Ensure all bookings align with client travel policies and guidelines
- Issue Resolution: Handle travel disruptions (delays, cancellations) and provide quick solutions
- Traveler Support: Offer guidance on travel regulations, safety protocols, and requirements
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate effectively with employees, vendors, and internal teams
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with travel trends, systems, and regulations

Experience
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in the travel domain
