- Counsel students on study options in Germany, Malta, France, and UK
- Assess academic background, budget, and career goals
- Suggest suitable courses, universities, and intakes
- Guide Germany applicants on APS, blocked account, public universities, and language requirements
- Assist France applicants via Campus France process and interview
- Support UK applicants through UCAS (UG), CAS, and visa process
- Advise Malta applicants on affordable programs, visas, and work options
- Help prepare SOP, LOR, CV/resume
- Review and submit applications accurately
- Track application status and follow up with universities
- Assist with visa documentation and financial proof
- Prepare students for visa interviews (if required)
- Communicate with students, parents, and university reps
- Attend university webinars and training sessions
- Convert leads into enrollments and meet targets
- Promote partner universities and programs
- Stay updated on admission rules and visa policies
- Ensure ethical and accurate counseling
- Handle daily tasks: counseling, application processing, follow-ups, reporting
