Role: Sales Executive
Location: Work from Home (Full-time)
Salary: ₹20,000–30,000/month + incentives
Experience: 1–3 years
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with interested students
- Make outbound calls (100–150/day) to prospective students
- Understand student goals and recommend the right course/program
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing enrolled students
- Convert leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly reports
- Handle objections and guide students toward enrollment decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of sales/counselling experience, preferably in EdTech
- Strong spoken Hindi & English communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with ownership mindset
- Own laptop and reliable internet (mandatory)
- Knowledge of CA/CS/CMA/Bank/SSC exams is a plus
