Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for FMCG and personal care products.
Source and identify reliable vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost optimization.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks across relevant industries.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth supply chain operations.
Monitor inventory levels, reorder planning, and procurement forecasting.
Ensure timely dispatches and follow-up with vendors for deliveries and quality compliance.
Work on cost reduction strategies while maintaining product quality standards.
Maintain procurement documentation, purchase orders, and vendor records.
Handle multiple vendors and ensure uninterrupted supply for business operations.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent network and vendor connections within FMCG, hygiene, wellness, baby care, or personal care industries.
Good understanding of procurement planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple categories/vendors.
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate should have prior experience in FMCG, hygiene, wellness, baby products, or personal care brands.
Strong market understanding and supplier sourcing capabilities.
Ability to build long-term vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
