Job Title: Architect / AutoCAD ArchitectJob Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect / AutoCAD Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, creating detailed 2D/3D drawings, and coordinating with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural layouts and design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare construction and execution drawings with accurate dimensions and specifications.
- Modify and revise drawings according to client, consultant, or site requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare drawings and documentation for approval and submission.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings and project documents.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, and project execution when required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting and construction details.
- Experience with SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building planning, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong AutoCAD and architectural drafting skills may also be considered.
