- Installation: Installing new AC systems, split units, and ductwork according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance, such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections.
- Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues, repairing malfunctioning systems, and replacing faulty components.
- System Testing: Testing and calibrating thermostats, safety devices, and controls for peak efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate service records, daily logs, and inventory of parts used.
- Customer Service: Advising clients on system performance and providing recommendations for repairs or upgrades. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
