Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative spaces. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design development, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts for residential, commercial, and retail projects
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings
- Create high-quality 3D designs and presentations
- Perform space planning, material selection, and design detailing
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per plan
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
- Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and interior design principles
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, commercial, or furniture industry projects
- Knowledge of site execution and project coordination
- Ability to handle end-to-end project lifecycle
