Key Responsibilities:Preterm (Premature) Baby Care:
- Provide specialized care for premature and NICU discharge babies
- Assist with feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or tube feeding if trained)
- Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols
- Monitor baby’s weight, sleep patterns, and overall activity
- Ensure temperature regulation and safe handling practices
Postnatal Mother Care (Including C-Section):
- Assist mothers in post-delivery recovery (normal and surgical cases)
- Support mobility, rest, and overall recovery
- Provide guidance on diet and hydration
- Basic awareness of wound care and post-surgical precautions
- Offer emotional and physical support to the mother
Monitoring & Safety:
- Observe and record the condition of both mother and baby
- Identify any signs of concern and report promptly
- Handle basic emergency situations and escalate when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–6 years of experience in newborn care / NICU / japa care
- Proven experience in handling premature (preterm) babies
- Knowledge of postnatal and C-section care
- Strong understanding of hygiene and infection control
- Patient, responsible, and compassionate attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- ANM / GNM / Nursing background
- Experience in hospital (NICU / maternity ward) settings

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
