· Make outbound calls to potential clients, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to introduce our products and services.
· Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
· Provide detailed information about our wide range of plywood brands and their benefits.
· Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Handle inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telecalling strategies.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
