Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.

Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.

Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor management.

Maintain office assets and inventory records.

Arrange travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas for employees.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.

Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.

Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and office communications.

Maintain employee records related to administration and support HR with onboarding logistics.

Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Support management with administrative reports and documentation.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel management
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
