Position Title: Sr. Flutter Developer (Web / App Developer)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.
- Lead and nurture a team of developers, encouraging high standards in code quality, collaborative code reviews, and adherence to agile practices.
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performance Flutter web applications.
- Ensure the app works seamlessly across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and feature-rich mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features in line with market trends and user needs.
- Ensure robust and efficient code, with a focus on performance, scalability, and product longevity.
- Maintain and improve existing code with an eye towards usability, scalability, and user experience.
- Stay up to date with new trends and advancements in mobile development, particularly in Flutter, and incorporate these into our app development.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure high-quality software performance.
- Provide detailed documentation for the created software and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline; or, equivalent demonstrable experience.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Sr. Flutter developer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation and deployment tasks with support.
Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
- Solid understanding of mobile Android/iOS, Flutter and Dart – is a must
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with mobile databases like SQLite, Realm, or Firebase
- Knowledge and application of SOLID principles, algorithms, and design patterns in Flutter development
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience integrating APIs and utilizing third-party libraries within Flutter applications
- Understanding of mobile security protocols and experience with secure coding practices
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery methodologies in mobile app development
- Skills - Dart, Flutter, iOS, Android, Git, Webpack
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, Visual SVN.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
