Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with doctors, healthcare staff, and patient families to deliver effective treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries when required.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain infection control standards and follow hospital safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions.
- Ensure proper documentation in patient records and hospital information systems.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse license from the relevant Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts including night duties.
