Role Overview
Plumeria Holidays is seeking a Holiday Consultant who can actively drive sales of holiday packages and assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their travel expectations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
- Respond to holiday package enquiries from prospective travelers
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday options
- Design travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
- Present package pricing and close bookings through effective follow-ups
- Coordinate reservations with hotels and travel suppliers
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and sales progress
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in holiday sales or travel consulting
- Knowledge of FIT and GIT holiday packages
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented approach to sales
- Graduate in any discipline
