Assistant Manager – Operations (Hotel & Dormitory)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel and dormitory operations.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out and high service standards.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare operational reports and staff duty rosters.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth facility management.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Hotel Management degree preferred.
- Experience in hotel, resort, hostel, or dormitory operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hotel management systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
