The Online Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through online channels, managing customer inquiries, promoting products/services digitally, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. The role includes handling leads from websites, social media, e-commerce platforms, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through online platforms, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
- Promote and sell company products/services through digital channels.
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with delivery/logistics and customer support teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on daily/weekly performance.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor online market trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
