About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented interns interested in internet research, business information, Excel, website operations and database management.
You will work through the complete process of Research → Verify → Structure Data → Upload → Test → Correct → Maintain.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies, organizations, products, services and professionals from reliable public sources.
- Collect and maintain structured information in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Verify information from multiple sources.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, incomplete or incorrect information.
- Prepare data according to prescribed formats.
- Add and update company, product, service, professional and event listings on websites.
- Verify automatically scraped data before and after publishing.
- Check uploaded information for formatting, missing images, broken links and incorrect data.
- Test website pages on desktop and mobile.
- Report website issues to the development team.
- Maintain listing-status and data-update trackers.
