Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end Fiber Rollout Project Delivery, including project planning, execution, Right of Way (ROW) management, material planning & reconciliation (RECO), vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and customer interface management, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams, partners, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders while driving project objectives.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, change management, and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of project commitments.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones, monthly delivery targets, quality requirements, statutory regulations, safety standards, EHS compliance, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, including ROW, material availability, and RECO-related challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
- Drive vendor and partner governance by ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, SLAs, operational requirements, and timely closure of delivery dependencies.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and acceptance processes to ensure deployment meets customer and organizational standards.
- Leverage project management tools and digital platforms for project tracking, reporting, resource planning, material governance, and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with telecom deployment and project management tools such as Airtel Works, FF1, Google Earth, Lepton, and other relevant project delivery and GIS applications.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Engineer Graduation with 4-7 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Fiber Rollout projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and achievement of customer and business objectives.
- Drive Right of Way (ROW) approvals, material planning, inventory governance, and Material Reconciliation (RECO) to ensure uninterrupted project execution, timely billing, and avoidance of customer penalties. Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource utilization to ensure successful project completion within defined timelines and budgets.
- Drive partner and contractor governance, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards, safety requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs), including Planning, Deployment, SCM, Finance, Quality, and Customer teams, to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.
- Ensure all project documentation, including rollout plans, approvals, change requests, progress reports, and closure documents, is accurately maintained and communicated to stakeholders.
- Review change requests, assess their impact, identify process gaps, and develop SOPs and governance mechanisms to ensure error-free execution and continuous process improvement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, proactive issue management, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
The role may function as an Individual Contributor or lead a small team responsible for Fiber Rollout Project Delivery.

- Experience in troubleshooting network, infrastructure, and service delivery issues to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
