Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR, India. This role is responsible for setting up and coordinating day-to-day UAV production activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
The Production Coordinator will collaborate with production, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to resolve issues, optimize resource utilization, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, preparing reports, supporting adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders. The role also involves assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability in production processes.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in UAV manufacturing, electronics, defense, or related industries is a MUST
- Degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Organization Skills to manage tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Understanding of quality standards, safety practices, and basic lean or continuous improvement concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to use production tracking tools, MS Office, and basic ERP systems is a MUST
- Team player with the ability to facilitate teamwork is a MUST
