Ravion Vertex Systems Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate, creative, and technically competent Architect to join our RAVION HOMES and Ravion Living divisions. We are seeking an Architect who combines creativity with technical expertise and can develop practical, innovative, and aesthetically refined design solutions for premium residential and interior projects.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about architecture, have strong design thinking, and enjoy creating functional spaces that meet modern lifestyle and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create interior layouts, furniture details, ceiling layouts, wall elevations, and joinery drawings.
- Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
- Perform efficient space planning with a balance of functionality and aesthetics.
- Research and apply the latest architectural trends, materials, finishes, and interior design innovations.
- Produce technically accurate, well-coordinated, and execution-ready drawings.
- Coordinate design revisions and maintain organized project documentation.
- Deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp (Mandatory).
- Experience in BOQ preparation and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and interior design standards.
