- Perform daily machine inspections and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and tightening of machine components to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor machine issues, escalating major problems to the Maintenance Engineer when required.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage, and ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and preventive maintenance procedures.
