Job Description:
We are among the prestigious Microsoft-selected startups in the HRTech domain having mobile-first cloud HRMS with strong enterprise clients and the solution is currently having more than 80K+ users. We are looking for Flutter developers with the following skillsets to expand our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework for both Android and iOS.
· Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Dart code.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, product managers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement new features.
· Assisting in the creation of user interface (UI) components and ensuring a responsive and visually appealing user experience.
· Integrating third-party APIs and services as required.
· Debugging and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks within applications.
· Participating in code reviews and contributing to maintaining high code quality and best practices.
· Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Flutter and mobile app development.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts and software development principles.
· Proficiency in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
· Familiarity with mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
· Basic understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and strong communication skills.
· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred, but not always strictly required for entry-level positions if practical experience is demonstrated along with Flutter certification
