The Application Lead actively oversees project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates collaboration to meet organizational goals, ensuring that applications are aligned with business needs and technical standards.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the alignment of application development with strategic objectives and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation related to application development.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project timelines.
