Job Title: Assistant Management Head Location: Sure 60 Gurukul (Residential Campus) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role The Assistant Management Head will support the overall administration and operational excellence of Sure 60 Gurukul. This role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and the ability to manage academic, hostel, and administrative functions efficiently in a residential setup. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management Assist in day-to-day campus operations including academics, hostel, and discipline Ensure smooth coordination between faculty, hostel staff, and administrative teams Monitor implementation of institutional policies and systems 2. Academic Coordination Work closely with faculty to ensure timely completion of syllabus and quality delivery Track student performance and ensure academic targets are met Support scheduling of classes, tests, and doubt sessions 3. Student Management & Discipline Maintain a disciplined and focused environment as per Gurukul philosophy Address student concerns, grievances, and behavioral issues Ensure adherence to hostel rules and daily routines 4. Team Supervision Assist in managing teaching and non-teaching staff Conduct regular meetings with staff for performance monitoring Support recruitment, training, and evaluation processes 5. Parent & Communication Handling Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and well-being Handle important communications and reporting 6. Event & Activity Management Plan and execute seminars, motivational sessions, and academic events Support organization of tests, workshops, and guest lectures 7.
