About the Role
We are urgently hiring Lab Assistant / QC Trainee candidates for our Quality Control Department. This position is ideal for recent Diploma pass-outs who have strong interest in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and want to build a long-term career in Quality Control & Laboratory Testing.
Selected candidates will also be enrolled in the NATS Apprenticeship Program, offering structured learning and industry-level skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day QC testing activities
- Conduct basic laboratory tests under supervision
- Measure, record, and maintain QC data accurately
- Support sampling, inspection, and documentation work
- Follow QC protocols, safety procedures, and lab standards
- Work closely with the QC team to ensure material quality
Required Qualification & Skills
- HS/Diploma (Recent Pass-out Only)
- Preferably from Science/Technical background
- Interest in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
- Keen interest in Quality Control / Laboratory work
- Willing to work in A, B, C rotational shifts
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
