We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in calendar management, stakeholder coordination, travel planning, vendor handling, and office administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and external partners professionally.
- Organize travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries, and local transportation.
- Handle meeting coordination, preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-ups.
- Maintain office records, documentation, reports, and confidential files accurately.
- Supervise office administration activities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, procurement coordination, and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate events, workshops, conferences, and internal meetings end-to-end.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.
- Support customer relationship management activities and maintain professional communication standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
