We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager | Peekit.ai | Bangalore/Mumbai (Remote/Hybrid)
Peekit.ai is an Nvidia Inception startup building the social media intelligence platform that large public-listed companies rely on to protect and grow their brands. We work with 20+ brands today, helping them monitor, understand, and act on what's happening to them across social media, in real time.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for our key customers and the connective tissue between them and our internal teams. This is a customer-facing, high-ownership role, ideal for someone who thrives on daily problem-solving, sharp communication, and turning data into decisions.
What you'll do:
- Monitor social media content for client brands and manage daily alerts and updates
- Flag content that could impact accounts and proactively guide clients on next steps
- Be the primary liaison between customers and our product, engineering, and marketing teams, translating customer insights into action
- Train and refine our AI agents by giving structured feedback on content collection and moderation
- Build strong day-to-day relationships that make clients see you as an extension of their own team
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, client servicing)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong data analysis skills; comfort working in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint daily
- A sharp eye for detail and the judgment to know what matters and what can wait
- Social media savvy is a strong plus, but not a substitute for customer-facing experience
Growth path: This role is designed to grow into a Customer Success Lead position as you build ownership over the account portfolio and internal processes.
Location: Based in Bangalore or Mumbai; we currently operate remote-first with flexibility for hybrid collaboration.
